Every time I think I am going to start blogging life again says, "Nope!"
I left off talking about making a budget and paying off my card. Well, the card debt went up and my working hours went down, but I am slowly making headway. Spark driving has dropped off drastically; it's getting downright ridiculous.
I mean, 65.2 miles for $44.43 is NOT going to happen. At that point, I am paying Spark (aka Walmart) to deliver stuff for them.
To help with the loss in pay Mister is giving me some extra spending cash, half of which I am throwing towards my card a month. I'm still playing with the idea of getting a 'real' job, but I am loath to give up my freedom to take days off or sleep in whenever I want.
In the meantime, with Spark pay being so bad, I am taking full advantage of staying home more and embracing my homemaking skills. A lot of my time I've put toward cooking recipes that I've had stored on my Pinterest account for no telling how long.
In the last few months, I've made

And that's only from the last few weeks. We've been on quite the international kick lately when it comes to our food. Thankfully, we live in an area that has not only several wonderful Asian Marts but also several amazing Indian Marts. This gives me so much freedom in exploring other cuisines. I've also heard tell that there are a couple of other international food stores, like an African one and, I think, a Mediterranean one. Truly, one of the biggest perks of living in such a diverse area is the amazing cultures we are introduced to.
