Train of Thoughts

Yessss! It's Wednesday. I don't know why I'm happy to see the middle of the week, but I am. I still have a ton to get done before Friday if I am going to attempt to work for a few hours.

By the way... It's 10 am. Not quite as early as I wanted to be up, but better than yesterday. It's a win I'm taking.  I'm dressed, the bed is made, and I have my coffee. Great start to the day. Trying to figure out what I'm eating for lunch. I may do a scrambled egg sandwich, which the more I think about it, the tastier it sounds. I have some tomatoes on the verge of going bad that I can add and some shredded cheese. Okay, yep, I just talked myself into it.

And Mister just begged me to bail on my lunch plans because he wants to go to Newk's and absolutely can't go by himself.

So that means I need to wrap this up.

The plans for the rest of the day are as follows:

1. Get the ironing done so I can officially be done with the laundry for the next few days.

2. I want to get the bats hung up on the dining room wall, which will be the last of the Halloween decor to put up. Then I'll need to put any extras back into storage.

3. I need to start dinner prep. I want to make coleslaw ahead of time so it has time to chill in the fridge.

4. And finally, I want to continue transposing recipes from one cookbook to another one that I recently purchased and like much better.

I guess I better go; Mister is pacing like a wild cat at the fence line, waiting on his keepers to throw him dinner.

What are you, my invisible readers, doing today?
